Cheap material from the store and a thick binded journal

Splashed the colours and paste some recycled paper and stuff with UHU stick, glue or masking tape...

Scribble on it....I'm counting days...few months to another big Day...not enough time...panic button

I saw a beautiful shiny moon last few days..and it inspired me..but what a night without other element..

New Beginning:

I just started with art jounaling since last few months..sometimes back in 2009..it all started when work load was not heavy like at this office...



I used mix media on a small journal with thick paper and poster colour, still experimenting..

Logo:


I'm currently working on something, and still at an early stage..and here are the logo, I have not finalized the design, but the theme is related to element that closed to my heart..

So I choosed this nipah tree as a trademark, and a river to balance it..a symbiosis..inter related..

What do you think..?

Things from the past came thru..nipah tree and jamban sungai....
nipah trees are an endangered species..the river used to be clear but now its muddy and water level was higher...

Just an expression:

I was looking at the window and expecting some inspiration but nothing inspired me therefore my mind wondered and end up at the same dark zone like before, Gothic kind of stuff still linger...and 'Moon River' song plays in my head like a non stop radio without a deejay


My version of woods at night with full moon, the trees looks surreal..okay this is not an impressionist or nature kind of art...:-))..I don't want to think about logic and proportion

I like old trees with big trunk and spiral root sprawling everywhere clamping stones and whatever around them..survival
